As part of our ongoing transition to the Azure Cloud platform, we will be performing system maintenance this Wednesday, March 26, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM EST for EAST BI clients.

The maintenance is expected to last approximately 2 hours and will conclude by 9:00 PM EST. During this time, the Optima Business Intelligence platform will be temporarily unavailable.

Please refrain from logging into your BI Designer account during this maintenance window. If access is gained, kindly avoid making modifications to existing dashboards or creating new ones, as any changes made during this time will not be retained.
