We are excited to announce that Net Health Support will be upgrading to a new telephony system on Friday, November 8th, starting at 5 PM ET. This upgrade will introduce enhanced features, including the ability to request a callback during peak times if wait times exceed two minutes, or leave a voicemail for follow-up.

During the transition period from 5 PM to 9 PM ET, if you experience any difficulty reaching us by phone, we encourage you to email us, and we will respond promptly. In your email, please let us know if you'd prefer a callback or if an email response will suffice.
