We have implemented the fix to remedy the error message when attempting to upload Documents from the Point of Care applications. Clients with Documents not yet uploaded should attempt to upload now. Please contact Support if you continue to experience issues uploading to the Server.

We have identified an issue preventing clients from uploading Documents from the Point of Care application. We have created defect record OPAC-101619.
