Scheduled

As part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements, we will be migrating a server shared by Wound Expert that is being migrated to the cloud. This will result in downtime for HL7 interfaces for self-hosted clients during the following maintenance window:
Interface Downtime Period: March 7, 2025, at 9:30 PM ET to March 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET. The Wound Expert Migration will be from March 7, 2025, 10:00 PM ET to March 9, 2025, 11:00 AM ET.
To prevent any interface message loss and ensure smooth restoration after the maintenance, please follow these steps:
Before the Downtime of March 7, 2025, at 9:30 PM ET
1. Stop the Interface Service: On your server hosting the interfaces, stop the service EHOM Interface Service (older versions: Agility Interface Service). If your server is set to restart during the downtime, consider setting the startup behavior to Disabled.
2. Stop Interfaces in the Monitor:
o Open EHOM Interface Monitor (found in C:\Program Files\Net Health\EHOM Interface\EHOM Interface Monitor.exe) or older versions Agility Interface Monitor (found in C:\Program Files\Net Health\Agility Interface\Agility InterfaceMonitor.exe).
o Right-click each interface listed and select Stop to queue messages during the downtime.
After the Maintenance
Once the migration is complete and services are restored, an update will be posted here on the Net Health Status page. You may then:
1. Restart the Interface Service (and revert any startup behavior changes).
2. Start Interfaces in the Monitor:
o Open EHOM Interface Monitor (or Agility Interface Monitor).
o Right-click each interface and select Start.
3. Verify Message Processing: All queued interface messages should be sent automatically.
If you experience any issues after restarting the interfaces, please contact ehoccmed-support@nethealth.com. While support will be closed during this window, we will actively monitor for any migration-related issues and take necessary action as needed.
Thank you for your cooperation.
