We are aware of an issue affecting the connection between WoundExpert and PointClickCare (PCC) for facilities using this integration.

This issue originates with PointClickCare and is not related to WoundExpert or Net Health. We have reached out to PointClickCare directly and are monitoring the situation closely. All affected information will be sent through once the connection is restored, so no data will be lost.
